Describes my thoughts around deciding whether or not to continue teaching in whatever capacity. The lyrics convey my love hate relationship with teaching as a profession. The main phrase of "There's no easy way, no way out now" hints at the idea that leaving teaching is in theory easy but in considering the things I'd miss, it's not a straight forward easy decision to walk away from the job.
